DSC Meridian invests long and short across publicly traded high yield bonds and loans, utilizing bottom-up, fundamental analysis to identify mispriced credits.

The firm employs a broad tool kit investing in performing, stressed and distressed credit to post re-org/event-driven equities and capital structure arbitrage. The firm shifts portfolio construction throughout the credit cycle, providing optionality to participate in high returning distressed opportunities as they arise, while protecting the downside during periods of volatility.

DSC Meridian provides investors with credit exposure via three unique offerings:

Credit Opportunities Fund

Credit Opportunities Fund seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted absolute returns through the credit cycle by investing both long and short primarily across performing, stressed and distressed securities.

Climate Action Fund

The Climate Action Fund has a dual mandate: generate attractive risk-adjusted absolute returns through the credit cycle, and engage with high emitting issuers to decarbonize to unlock additional enterprise value.

Dislocation Opportunities Fund

The Dislocation Opportunities Fund is a closed-end, committed capital fund targeting credit-related dislocations including bankruptcies, restructurings, rescue financings and secondary distressed opportunities.
