This is the second annual Impact Report for our investors and stakeholders. April1, 2023 marked the two year anniversary of the launch of the Climate Action Fund. This report provides an update on our commitment to sustainability as well as highlights our investment approach and corporate engagement success. The report covers the 2022 fiscal year, which began on January 1, 2022, and ended on December 31, 2022, and focuses primarily on our Climate Action Fund which has an additional mandate to advance the goals of SDG #13 (Climate Action). Its disclosures are informed by the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) framework, and the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI). Climate Action Fund is registered Article 8+ under SFDR, the European Union’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.
